Version of 30 September 2026. These terms apply when you buy a QuokkaSIM plan from quokkasim.com. The seller is LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland.
What you buy
A QuokkaSIM plan is a prepaid data plan for one phone, delivered as an eSIM and installed from a QR code. It is not a subscription: you pay once and nothing renews. The plan page states the network, the data allowance, the length in days and the total price before you pay.
Delivery and installation
The QR code appears on your order page after payment and is kept there. Install the eSIM before you fly, on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Keep the order page address: it is where your QR code lives.
Your device
An eSIM needs a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone. The plan page explains what to check before paying; if in doubt, write to us before buying.
Refunds
A plan that cannot be made to work in Australia is refunded in full. The refund policy explains when a refund is due, how to ask for it, and how long it takes. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the plan page in the currency stated there, with the full total shown before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
Liability and law
We are responsible for delivering the plan described on the page you bought. We are not responsible for coverage decisions made by mobile networks, or for events outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland; as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the law of your habitual residence.
